What is Sytalog
Sytalog is a multi-tenant platform for distributors and sales teams who work with catalogs and price lists from several suppliers at once.
What you can do with Sytalog:
- Import supplier data — CSV, XLSX, JSONL, Heureka-compatible XML feeds, or scrape product pages directly.
- Search across all data sources at once — by name, SKU, parameter, price, or stock.
- Build offers for end customers — pick products, save as a draft, send an email with a public link and PDF.
- Track what the customer does with your offer — opens, views, time spent, expired links.
- Auto-sync stock from XML feeds (daily, hourly, or every 5 minutes depending on plan).
- Collaborate with role-based permissions, draft sharing, and a per-workspace billing.
UI languages: Czech, Slovak, German, English. Currency: CZK. Hosting: EU SaaS; on-prem on request for Enterprise.
Sign-up & Onboarding
Open /register (or "Create account" from the login page). Pick a method:
- Email + password
- Google OAuth
- GitHub OAuth
You receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Sytalog then runs a 4-minute onboarding:
- Welcome — intro screen.
- Workspace name — name your company (2–64 chars). The workspace is created on the Náhled (free) plan.
- Verify email — enter the 6-digit code (if not already verified).
- First supplier — import your first feed (skippable).
- Invite team — invite colleagues with role + seat tier (skippable).
- Done — you land in the console at
/{workspaceSlug}/dashboard.
Tip: Skipping all steps still creates the workspace — you can return to any step later from the dashboard.
Workspace basics
A workspace (= company / organization / tenant) is the top-level container for everything in Sytalog — suppliers, datasets, offers, drafts, team, billing.
- One account can hold unlimited workspaces. Switch between them in the bottom-left org switcher in the sidebar.
- Every new workspace starts on the Náhled plan with its own data and billing.
- Rename: Settings → workspace settings. Admin / Co-owner / Owner only.
- Delete: Profile → Danger zone. Owner only. Type the workspace name to confirm. Permanent.
Dashboard
Path: /{workspaceSlug}/dashboard. The first screen you see after login — deliberately sparse, max 7 tiles in the fold.
- Greeting — time-of-day salutation, first name from profile, name day.
- Beans milestone — gamification, how many beans to the next milestone. Decorative.
- Quick actions — 3–4 main CTAs (Search, Import, Drafts, Offers, Suppliers). Hidden on
search_onlyplans. - Activity tiles — counts from the last window (offers sent, new drafts, offers opened, time saved).
- Recent offers — last 5 offers with quick links.
Note: A workspace with no activity hides empty tiles — you see explicit hints instead ("Send your first offer — beans grow with every action").
