Roles & Team

Roles overview

  • Owner — sole, immutable, can delete the workspace. Full control.
  • Co-owner — manages team and billing. Cannot replace the Owner.
  • Admin — same as Co-owner but without billing and without inviting people.
  • Member (Operator) — daily user: searches, imports, builds offers.
  • Sales rep — domain role for the catalog (behaves like Member).
  • Viewer — read-only. Sees data, cannot send offers or import.
Note: Without an active plan, all roles drop to SEARCH_ONLY — the workspace becomes read-only. As soon as Owner/Co-owner activates a plan, roles return to normal.

Inviting members

Path: Settings → Team members (Users) → "Send Invite" → email + role + seat tier (on paid plans).

  • Only Owner, Co-owner, or Admin can invite.
  • Invitations are valid for 14 days.
  • The recipient gets an email with a link. After accepting, they automatically become a member.
  • Change role: same dialog, dropdown next to the member.
  • Remove: icon next to the member. Admin / Co-owner / Owner only. The Owner cannot be removed (ownership transfer is TBD self-service — contact support).

Rename / delete workspace

Rename: Settings → workspace settings (name at the top). Admin / Co-owner / Owner. The slug propagates to the URL shortly after.

Delete: Profile → Danger zone → "Delete workspace". Owner only. Requires typing the workspace name to confirm.

Warning: Deletion is permanent — all datasets, offers, drafts, suppliers, members, and billing history are gone.
