Billing & Stripe

Currency & billing frequency

Prices are in CZK without VAT. VAT is added based on the customer country (21% CZ, reverse charge for EU B2B with VAT ID).

 • Monthly — charged every month on the same day (anchor = first payment)
 • Yearly — 15% discount, single payment per year

Tax documents

Stripe automatically issues an invoice / tax document after every successful payment.

 • Download: Settings → Subscription → Stripe portal → Invoices
 • Tax ID + VAT ID on the invoice come from Settings → Business info or from personal billing details

Payment methods

 • Card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) — via Stripe Checkout
 • Stripe Link (saved card)
 • SEPA transfer — Enterprise with annual contract, on request
 • Bank transfer / proforma invoice — Enterprise, on request

Update payment method in the Stripe portal (Settings → Subscription → "Stripe portal").

Upgrade

 • Immediate
 • Pro-rated charge for the rest of the current period
 • Features unlock right away

Downgrade

 • Scheduled for the end of the current billing period
 • Hard blocks shown in modal — too many members / suppliers; must remove them first
 • Soft blocks — what narrows (max rows on import/export)
 • Lost features — POHODA, white-label PDF, custom SMTP
 • Notifications: billing.downgrade.scheduledbilling.downgrade.applied (or blocked_at_apply)

Cancel plan

Schedules the end of the subscription at the end of the current period. After that, the workspace drops to Náhled. Data stays — only paid-only features become read-only.

Failed payment

 • Stripe auto-retries (smart retry, typically 1–3× over 7 days)
 • Sytalog sends a billing.issue notification
 • After retries are exhausted, the workspace drops to Náhled (read-only paid features)

To fix: Settings → Subscription → "Stripe portal" → "Update card".

Refund policy

Sytalog does not issue refunds automatically. Contact support via email (Settings → Subscription → "Contact support") for case-by-case handling.

Tip: Try Náhled first — there's no expiration on the free plan, so you can evaluate everything at zero risk before paying.
