Drafts & Offers

Drafts (work-in-progress shopping lists)

Path: /{workspaceSlug}/drafts. Drafts are work-in-progress product selections that turn into offers.

  • Created in Search Console: click a product → Add to list → it joins the active draft.
  • Or click New draft on /drafts.
  • Filters: All / Mine / Shared with me / Team
  • Actions per draft: Resume / Share / Export offer / Delete

Sharing drafts (paid plans only)

Náhled cannot share drafts. On paid plans: draft detail → Share → workspace member email → Grant access.

Sharing only works with specific workspace members (not outside). The Owner of a draft sees who has access and can revoke it.

Sending an offer

  1. From a draft → Export offer → an offer is created in the Draft state.
  2. Open the offer detail → Send → wizard:
  • Recipients — one or more emails
  • Subject — subject line
  • Message — body
  • Attachments — PDF (Katalog+) / CSV / XLSX

Send → every recipient gets their own trackable link, monitored in the Activity tab.

Offer statuses

  • Draft — in progress, editable
  • Sent — sent, waiting for a reaction
  • Won — closed successfully (mark manually)
  • Lost — didn't close (mark manually)
  • Failed — sending failed (SMTP error)
  • Canceled — canceled before sending

Actions: Mark Won / Mark Lost / Reopen. Won/Lost feed the "Won rate" KPI on the offers landing page.

Per-recipient tracking

Offer detail → tab Activity shows a timeline per recipient:

  • 📧 Opened email — pixel tracking (weak signal)
  • 👀 Viewed offer — link click, public page opened (strong signal)
  • 🤖 Mail provider pre-render — Outlook safe-link / Gmail prefetch (hide with a checkbox)
  • 🛡️ Safe-link prefetch — antivirus inspection
  • Tried expired link — attempt after expiration

Statuses: Awaiting open / Email opened / Viewed / Expired / Revoked.

Privacy: The recipient's IP is anonymized to /24 (IPv4) or /64 (IPv6) before storage. No cookies, no fingerprints are set on the recipient device.

Email did not arrive

  1. Check Activity in the offer detail — pre-render events mean the email did arrive (the provider previewed it).
  2. Ask the customer to check their spam folder.
  3. If no events at all and the customer saw nothing → SMTP fail (can happen due to Sytalog's domain reputation). Try Resend.
  4. Alternative: detail → Activity → Copy link and send the link directly via WhatsApp / Slack / your own email.
